Ashy Prinia: The Master Architect

In our neighbourhood, there are some birds with incredible nest-building skills. It includes Mr. Ashy Prinia. His gravity-defining nests are quite strong in addition to being cool to look at. We are in awe of his finished works. He is a master at everything, including material purchasing and spot selecting. Many of us consult him for advice on nest design, construction methods, and placement.

Mr. Ashy Prinia is a great architect!

He has been really busy lately. He has been moving quickly from place to place. We know! He is onto another build. As expected, he has done it again. This time, he has chosen to build his nest right in the front of the garden, on the top most leaf of the plant. It is visible yet invisible. Absolutely magical!

We observed him skillfully combining the collected feathers and linen with the leaves. When he was satisfied with the stitching, he began to pile extra soft things into the centre. When asked, the master architect shared his thoughts about his construction. He said, "The nest should be soft and warm inside so that the eggs can be safe. "Therefore, it must be built with the utmost care."

Regarding his spot pick, he stated, "I've been observing people, and they are harmless. Only Mr. Cat poses a threat. I'm counting on his cat-blindness, though. Even though the nest is visible, the rain has caused a lot of greenery in the area, leaving it beautifully camouflaged. Additionally, it won't be interesting if there isn't a challenge."

Ms. Sparrow, who witnessed the entire procedure, shared her opinions with us "He is bold. Everyone can see his nest, including humans, predators, and even his buddies. Additionally, it is out in the rain, heat, and storms. It nevertheless stands. That is evidence of his skill. The nest is made in a way that makes it reliable, strong, and long-lasting."

Which is the best nest you've discovered?

Given that they are constructed in obscure nooks and corners, you might not have even seen one. These nests are constructed from a wide variety of soft and hard materials, and each one serves a special purpose. Depending on the creator's design, the size and form may vary. The distinctiveness of these birds is shown by the fact that no two nests are same. They can be found everywhere, whether it be in a tree, a shrub, or even on the leaves of a potted plant, so think twice before you cut down a tree or uproot a plant to avoid harming someone's home.

Have a mindful week! 💣👏#tbd🦉
